The CM150 Agitating Lift Parts Washer is a heavy-duty industrial cleaning solution designed for large, complex components that require deep, consistent cleaning. As the largest solvent agitating lift washer in its class, the CM150 uses submerged lift agitation, combined with detergents and heat, to remove grease, sludge, dirt, and debris from hard-to-reach crevices, blind holes, and internal passages.
The lift platform and tray support parts and batch cleaning up to 750 lbs, allowing components to be raised and lowered for agitation or fully submerged for soaking like a traditional dip tank. This dual-function design minimizes manual scrubbing while delivering thorough, repeatable cleaning results.
Built in the USA, the CM150 features a heavy-duty 10-gauge, 304 powder-painted steel tank and a 10.4 sq. ft. lift platform (54” x 27.75”) for handling large parts efficiently. Low-friction roller wheels eliminate power-robbing slide systems, ensuring smooth lift operation. Safety is enhanced with a fire-safety fusible link for both the lid and lift mechanism.
Powered by a 100mm pneumatic cylinder delivering 1,500 lbs of peak force at 120 PSI, the CM150 is engineered for demanding industrial, fleet, diesel, and manufacturing environments where reliability and cleaning performance matter most.
