The EM6000 is a highly adaptable, water-based manual parts washer designed with a tray-over-solution layout. This design provides a large, dry work area while allowing the tray to be lifted, giving direct access to the cleaning solution below. Parts can be soaked or agitated under the surface, supported by built-in spray nozzles for effective cleaning during immersion.

This manual washer includes a spacious, ergonomic tray surface and helpful workflow tools, such as a flow-through scrubbing brush and a flexible rinse spigot. Unlike typical sink-over-tank systems, the tray-over-solution design is unique in the market. It offers greater versatility by combining dry surface work with the ability to soak and agitate parts directly in the tank.
