David’s Heavy Duty Tool Sales ships merchandise to locations within the Continental United States via FedEX and UPS. For Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands, please call 616-591-0095 for shipping rates. We also handle international shipments. Please call 616-591-0095 for a custom shipment quote.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Our standard order cut-off time is 1 pm (EST) for same-day order processing, but we will try our best to process all orders received before 4 pm (EST) on the same day.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches the final destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs Office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. David’s Heavy Duty Tool Sales is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
