Built around a unique tray-over-solution design, this unit provides a large, dry work surface while allowing quick access to the cleaning solution below for soaking and submerged agitation.

The removable work tray allows technicians to lift the tray and immerse parts directly in the solution for deeper cleaning. Integrated spray-under-immersion nozzles enhance agitation beneath the surface, making this design more flexible than traditional sink-over-tank parts washers. This workflow supports efficient cleaning of engine components, tools, brake parts, and other heavily soiled mechanical items.

An ergonomic tray surface is paired with essential workflow tools, including a flow-through wash brush and a flexible rinse spigot, both featuring adjustable flow control. Mechanical agitation is delivered through 15 spray heads that circulate heated solution continuously, helping loosen grease and contaminants more effectively than soaking alone.

A thermostatically controlled heating module maintains solution temperatures between 110–115°F, improving the effectiveness of water-based cleaners without the use of flammable solvents. The 30-gallon tank capacity allows for soaking larger components while extending fluid life during daily shop use.

Built for durability and safety, this aqueous parts washer includes a heavy-duty roto-cast thermoplastic basin, a corrosion-resistant wash pump with Viton seals, built-in GFCI protection, and a fire-safe lid with an integrated fusible link. Two removable stainless-steel shelves add flexibility when organizing parts during cleaning.
